How to poach an egg



If you do not know how to poach an egg it is very easy. Boil Water about 4 cups at 1 teaspoon of vinegar. After the water has come to a boil make a mini funnel by swirling the water in a circular motion then crack egg in small measuring cup and place egg in water for about 2-3 minutes then remove with slotted spoon.
