Corned beef Cabbage the Irish way Ingredients:
1 Corned Beef
2 or 3 onions Quartered
A couple of cloves of garlic
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Red potatoes cleaned and scrubbed
1 Head of Cabbage that is cut into 8 equal pieces.
In a large stock pot fill 3/4 full of water , Next add Corned beef and Seasoning Packet.
Quartered Onions , Garlic cloves
And boil the heck out of it according to package directions. When meat is done add cleaned and scrubbed potatoes, after removing the beef and placing in the oven to keep warm, boil potatoes for 20 minutes in the beef stock until easy to Pierce.
Last add cabbage about 5 minutes prior to potatoes being done. Serve right away.
