Bacon Wrapped Dates
Sour Cream and Onion Cheddar Bacon Dip
I made a spicy green chili artichoke dip which I served with tortilla chips. I will share the recipe on Thursday.
Plus we had a great new recipe first over turkey enchiladas, which I will be posting next week. So be sure to come back and check it out.
We also had a repeat performance of Holiday Trifle always a favorite at the Fretz House.
Plus in addition to we had these fabulous desserts brought to us by our guest . Do you see this cheesecake on this tray OMG it was fabulous and now I have to figure out how to recreate!! This was a Cheesecake with a Sugar Cookie Crust. A thin layer of lemon curd with rind and then this very cheesy not so sweet cake with a powder sugar sprinkle on the top.
It was so much fun the best part was our friends have a little one too so everyone was home by 10 pm and we celebrated the New year on New York Time. So much fun!!!
Well I look forward to sharing many new recipes in the coming year and a lot more desserts and appetizers and maybe even a video or two. These are just part of my goals for 2012 that I will be sharing with you.
Enjoy and Happy 2012 it's going to be a great year for us all!
